This smootie is nutrient packed, easy to make and can be consumed on the go. It is full of greens that will burn so much FAT.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 Pineapple (peeled, cored and chopped)
- 1/2 English Cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- 1/2 pear (ripe, peeled, cored and chopped)
- 1 Lime
- 1 Cup of baby Spinach Leaves
- 10 Mint Leaves (chopped)
- 1 Tsp of Honey
- Ice (crushed)
PREPARATION
Put all ingredient's into a blender until smooth. Pour 2 glasses, garnish with a cucumber spear and serve.
