Boot Camp Worsley (Manchester)

I would definitely recommend bootcamp to anyone! I’ve seen so many changes in such a short amount of time, I’ve lost 7 pounds, lots of inches and become fitter. The gym wasn’t cutting it for me anymore so it was time to make a change and be accountable so after seeing my sisters progress it made me want to join bootcamp. The best thing I ever did!

On my 4th week now and I love it 😁 it’s hard going but the support and continued encouragement of Dom and his trainers keep you going it’s like having a personal trainer but being with others who are trying to get fit like you !!! Giving you that extra push when you need it !! Group times @ 6am 4.30pm & 6pm so no excuses !

Boot camp is good for the Mindy body and soul !
