Sunday saw myself and 6 superstars take on the winter run around Manchester's Etihad stadium. It certainly lived up to its name, the wind was blowing, the sleet was falling and it was freezing! However, we soon warmed up running the 10k route to achieve another medal and smash another goal.
My superstars trained hard for this event by attending my weekly running clubs, arranging their own road runs and continuing to complete my gruelling fat burning circuits to increase their fitness and stamina and improve their speed and muscular endurance. As a result of all their hard work and training, they all finished the event in under 70 minutes with some even getting their personal bests at just 49 minutes.

It just shows, while Some people dream of success others go out and make it happen! Wind, rain, snow, early mornings and dark nights are excuses to many but not to my superstars....Instead they saw these as challenges to make them stronger. Instead of letting it break them, it made them and Its been a great start to 2017.
