From month to month all-star academy recognises those clients who have given 100 percent to the programme and awards them with our client of the month awards.
When making this decision we look at a number of factors such as attendance, effort during sessions, attitude and food diaries.
It is a very tough decision because this camp goes from strength to strength, many of our superstars rise to every challenge and 90 percent of them are showing signs of improvement with every session.
I have started to think about my February clients of the month and there are currently over 30 people in with a chance of winning these certificates.
It is now the business end of the programme, week 4 is a very tough week so I will be watching closely to see who takes the bull by the horns and makes it a week to remember !
