Nat has been on my programme for just under a year and during this time has shredded those inches away and is now in the best shape of her life.
Nat is as motivated as they come, she is always first to turn up to my morning sessions (nearly before me) and I always give her a beep as I drive past (beep beep).
To train with me there is one important thing I need from you HARD WORK and nat never lets herself down and always leaves the car park with a face the colour of a tomato.
I can honestly see me coaching Nat for years to come, we enjoy each others banter, she works very hard and never has any excuses and turns up whatever the weather man says.
The only thing missing from nat is an event so I am hoping we get a few in this year.
