Over 20 inches dropped with all-star academy!
When I think of this girl one word springs to mind "hardcore"
Hayley had a lot going on a year ago and didn't stay at bootcamp very long. However, she returned in October and has smashed my programme to pieces ever since.
From month to month Hayley gets stronger, fitter and has achieved so many personal goals. She can now hold a plank for a record 7 minutes and has recently completed my Sally up Sally Down finisher in a full pressup.
Hayley is one of the nicest girls you will ever meet, never gives me any issues, always works hard whatever we are doing and 90 percent of the time does it with a smile on her face.
Keep it up Hayley you Superstar 🙂
