Sainty joined my programme a few months ago and boy does she keep me on my toes. She was already very fit when she joined due to the fact she does pole fitness and I knew from day one I would have to challenge her each day with my workouts.
Sainty is one of those clients who is a always willing to push her body to the maximum and she has gone from doing body weight exercises to using dumbbells and weighted vests.
This girl really has the bug for exercise and takes part in my additional running club and weekly weekend circuits. Sainty has a big year ahead starting with the Major series in March, bring it on!!!!!
"Before starting All-Star Academy my evenings consisted of sitting on the sofa watching the soaps and taking part in one pole fitness session a week. A friend recommended All-Star and I registered for the taster week. Since going to the taster week I'm hooked, my normal week consists of at least 4 session and 1 Sunday Circuit. Dom is a fantastic coach encouraging and motivating his clients to do the best they can!
You work to see the results so you go at your own pace depending on your goals. For me I wanted to improve my fitness levels and feel fitter. The group of people who go are amazing, very welcoming and all help by sharing tips and advice, it's like a small family! It's great! I'm looking forward to completing Major Series in March with the team! You will not look back once you've tried taster week! "
