This girl is seriously an inspiration to everyone.
Caroline joined my programme feeling overweight, self conscious and unfit but 10 weeks later she is feeling the opposite.
I have coached hundreds of clients but Cazza has to be in my top 3 as her results are simply amazing.
When people join my programme I give them the tools to succeed but the hard work and motivation needs to come from them. Cazza has been first class, she attends a lot of my sessions, never moans or complains and her food diaries are immaculate.
