Over the years I have seen clients come and go. Only a handful of clients stay longer than a year and 90 percent of the ones that leave return within 4 months.
Sadia is one of the handful who has stayed around and is now into her third year at all-star.
Everyone needs that rigger, something to get themselves motivated and just one comment made to her over 3 years ago kicked her into action.
Sadia has come so far in just over 2 years. She has gone from a size 16 to a comfortable 10.
You may ask how she has done this?
Sadia is one of the most motivated clients I have ever met. The comment she received really upset her and since then she has turned up to my sessions in the cold, rain, snow etc and because of her determination to change she is now in the best shape of her life.
I continue to do this job as I enjoy training motivated clients, Sadia ticks all the boxes and I am so proud to be her Coach!
