All-Star Academy runs outdoor fitness classes in the style of a boot camp at the Social Circle Cricket Club in Farnworth. The sessions are friendly and designed to keep you burning body fat long after they've ended.

What you get when you become a member of All-Star Academy
Daily fitness classes
- Evening Fat Melting Workouts - 5 fat-burning outdoor fitness classes in Farnworth per week that start at 6 pm and finish at 6.45 pm. These sessions will leave you feeling great and wanting more.
- Morning Fat Melting Workouts - 5 fat-burning outdoor fitness classes in Worsley per week that start at 6 am and finish at 6.45 am.
- Daily Online Zoom Sessions - 5 daily workouts on Zoom that start at 9.30 am.
You can attend as many or as few of these fitness sessions as you like.
Exercises
Typically, you'll be doing some or all of the following 'on the spot' exercises during each fitness class:
- Burpees
- Planks
- Squats
- Press-ups
- Toe jacks
- Mountain climbers
- Squat thrusts
- High knees
Don't worry if you haven't exercised for a while or feel out of shape, nobody gets left behind. You can exercise at your own pace.
