Over 50 inches dropped with all-star academy!
When I look at these pictures the word "life changing" springs to mind.
When Mandy joined my camp 12 months ago she was very quiet, shy and you could tell by way she carried herself that she was very self conscious.
However, these days I am dealing with a completely different girl.
Mandy has dropped numerous dress sizes with all-star and because of this her confidence has returned, she walks over to sessions with a bit of a swagger and she never shuts up talking in my sessions (always getting told off by me).
Mandy has plenty of friends at all-star and everyone is so proud of what she has achieved.
The days have gone when Mandy felt self conscious, she is loving her new body and all the hard work has certainly paid off.
