As you know All-Star Academy is a fitness boot camp which throughout the week concentrates on compound resistance exercises and interval training such as burpees, squats, toe jacks etc, which will leave you burning fat for up to 48 hours after!
On a week 2 to week 4 the programme incorporates equipment circuits which take place on a Tuesday and Thursday night. Three out of four weekends there is also an equipment circuit to come along to which ranges from cone work, shuttles, group games and an 18 station equipment blast. The stations include equipment such as kettle bells, skipping ropes, hurdles and much more and basic exercises have an added twist.
