Viv joined all-star academy 4 months ago and right from the start she grabbed the bull by the horns and smashed my programme to pieces.
This lady is so easy to Coach as she already knows a lot about nutrition so it was just a case of me getting the best out of her in sessions.
Viv brings so much character to the camp, she is always smiling and making cheeky comments and has met a lot of friends throughout her Journey.
My goal for Viv is to complete at least one of my events in 2015 such as Major Series, Total Warrior etc and I'm sure when she thinks about her goals for the New Year she will be well up for adding a few medals to her achievements.
Keep up the hard work Vivvy, no going back for you now 🙂
