Complete Transformation, what a star!
I could write a three page essay on this lady as she has achieved so much with all-star. Sue has been training with me for a very long time and we are now into our second year together.
When I look back on Sue's time with all-star there are memories she will never forget. One of them was the major series, here is Sue in action.
I have always said that those who give my programme 100 percent will be the ones who get the results and Sue has worked hard in sessions, took on board my advise regarding nutrition and as a result is now at least 3 dress sizes smaller.

Sues hard work and achievements were rewarded last Christmas with my award for best before and afters pics.
To conclude this post I am so proud of Sue's achievements and I am hoping there is more to come in 2016 🙂
