Pam Tan has been on my camp for just over 6 months and during this time has completely changed her body shape.
Pam is one of those clients who doesn't say much, she lets her work rate do the talking and because of this the inches have melted away and her fitness levels are at an all time high.
I see Pam at regular intervals through the week and she mixes things up by coming to my morning sessions, equipment sessions and evening sessions.
Pam will soon be on that plane to Turkey with her family and I can see her having the best holiday ever, feeling confident and full of smiles on the beach as she made the change and is now feeling and looking her best!
