Before joining all-star Lynn did a lot of running but like a lot of people got bored and unfortunately let her training slip. Although she did not want to lose weight, she wanted to do something enjoyable and effective that would fit in with her busy life. Something that would help improve her fitness, tone up and achieve her goals. She came along to the taster week with a friend and since then has never looked back.
Lynn joined my boot camp 4 months ago and I have to say AMAZING! Lynn may as well be my wife I see her that much lol. Lynn never misses sessions (even at 6.15am), she still turns up even if she feels under the weather or she is tired after a long week. She is one of my most motivated clients attending 3 sessions a week, weekend circuits and is my running buddy whenever I'm there. She loves the sessions and feels guilty if she doesn't train. Her fitness has improved incredibly and Lynn is now back to where she was with her running and has recently completed the Heaton Park 10k in a very good time of 1 hour 2 minutes.
As well as being hardcore, Lynn is a genuinely nice person and has a lot of friends at camp. She asks if is she is unsure and takes my advice on board, never moans and just nails it from start to finish. She is a pleasure to coach.
I awarded Lynn my client of the month award for September for all of these reasons. She is a superstar. Well done Lynny I am very proud
“I joined All-Star Academy in June because I wanted to get fitter and tone up. I used to run a lot but lost interest as I didn’t seem to be improving. A friend told me about all-star so I thought I would give it ago. In the past 4 months since joining my fitness is amazing and friends have commented on how toned I look. Dom really motivates and pushes you. I really enjoy the classes, weekend circuits and running club. I have started running again and its really improved.
