The day will come when I decide to hang up my trainers!
When I do I will remember certain clients for their amazing transformations.
These two are up there in my top ten of all time clients.
It was only 4 years ago they were both a size 18, their confidence was low, they had low self esteem, they were both called names and their health was at risk too!
However, they found the strength to change and I am so proud of what they have achieved over the last 4 years.
It is impossible to get the body you want in one day, one week, it takes months or even years of hard work and for these two to stay on the wagon for 4 years is simply amazing!
This just goes to show that if you want something more than anything in the world you have to work hard to get there no matter the time it takes.
Robbie and Sades are now a comfortable size 10, they ooze confidence, smile from ear to ear, their lives have changed!
I presented them both with my Lifetime Achievement Award as a recognition of their amazing achievements.
