Eliminate the following 3 things from your diets and you will drop inches fast!!
1) ALCOHOL
This is a simple one, which I want to tackle first. It is quite simply a toxin. Your body has to work hard to get rid of it once it is in your system and it puts enormous stress on your body. Alcohol can stop you burning any fat for up to 3 days. It is not just the added fact if increased calorie consumption, but firstly you cannot burn alcohol as a fuel for your body, you just store it as fat and the remains of it cause your body to not let it release fat.
2) CAFFEINE
Again, another simple one, you need to avoid this (tea, coffee, sodas etc). It causes a number of problems such as increasing your body’s levels of cortisol which promotes the storage of fat, especially on the stomach. It also messes up your blood sugar levels which, if you remember, is the main thing we want to keep stable.
3) PROCESSED FOODS
All processed food should be avoided. Anything that is pre-cooked or packaged for long life should be avoided at all costs. You should only be eating fresh foods. Just remember, anything Low Fat means Get Fat!!!!!!
