- ½ pineapple (peeled, cored and chopped)
- ½ cucumber (peeled and chopped)
- ½ pear (ripe, peeled, cored and chopped)
- 1 cup baby spinach leaves
- handful of mint leaves (chopped)
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 lime
- Put all ingredients into a blender until smooth.
- Pour into glasses, garnish with a cucumber spear and serve.
