Some of you struggle with time for breakfast so here is a quick smoothie you can make in the mornings that will give you protein, Good Carbs and Good Fats.
This is one I use but you can add your own fruit etc if you like.
THE GREEN MACHINE SMOOTHIE
INGREDIENTS
4 table spoons of Full Fat Greek Yoghurt
1 banana
1 handful of spinach
1 handful of kale
1 handful of chia seeds
Drizzle with honey to sweeten it up (optional)
Put it all in a blender and mash it all up 🙂
