Yesterday was a very proud day for everyone connected with all-star academy.
I had 16 clients from my camp who signed up for the Major Series and every single one of them should be very proud of their achievement.
They climbed hills, took an ice bath, risked injury by crawling through tunnels and went through hell, in the aid of raising as much money as they could for Breast Cancer Support.

We have now ticked off two events in the last 6 months at all-star and have raised over £2500 for charity and there is still more to come from us in 2014.
When I got home yesterday I sat there picking dry dirt from my bald head whilst reflecting on the great day we had just had and how the last 7 months at all-star has gone. I have been coaching clients for 13 years and throughout this time met a lot of time wasters, but the group I currently have are some of the best I have ever had in terms of dedication, motivation and knowing what they want to achieve.
All-star academy changes peoples lives! We are not just a weight loss camp, we are a family and with each others help and support we can achieve as many goals as possible.
I have clients who could not jog for more than one minute when they started with me but to see them completing events like the one just gone makes me they happiest coach in the world.
When we all celebrate at the end of 2014, my clients can sit and reflect on this year and know they have had a year to remember and be proud of, not just one that passed them by.
