Gaynor joined all-star academy about 5 months ago and during this time has lost 3 dress sizes and her fitness levels are now through the roof.
This lady is one of the best clients I have ever Coached as she always works hard in sessions, needs no pushing and her attitude to clean eating has been first class from day one.
Gaynor goes on holiday very soon and is over the moon she is going to look and feel fantastic on the beach in her new bikini's.
