"Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all the care and attention you have given me over the last 3 months. It has been great! I got to a point where there was no exercise in my life and I was out of shape and didn't even want to look at myself in the mirror. In the 12 weeks you've been training me my fitness has improved like you wouldn't believe, I've lost mega inches, so much so that none of my old clothes fit me and I really look forward to going to camp. I've just got it in my head that I have to go 3 times per week, and it beats joining a gym hands down!! I love meeting other people and working out in a friendly competitive environment! It's great having you at the end of the phone for advice and tips on diet and nutrition.
