INGREDIENTS
3 tsp Coconut Oil, 1 tsp Raw Honey.
30g Cocoa Powder, 30g of Ground Nuts.
90g unsweetened Shredded Coconut.
Parchment Paper.
METHOD
Melt the honey and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat until the coconut oil is completely melted.
Next add the cocoa powder, ground nuts and coconut and mix together.
Pour mixture onto a small baking sheet covered in parchment paper and spread evenly.
Cut into servings and allow to cool. When hardened they are ready to be indulged.
