Where have the Muffin tops gone?

Anna joined my programme just over 6 weeks ago and during this time has melted FAT from the legs, bum, hips and stomach.
How has she done this?
Simple!
Anna DOES NOT leave anything in reserve. She turns up to my sessions and works her socks off until I tell her to stretch off and go home.
Hard work pays off and with just 3 45 minute sessions per week Anna has increased her fitness levels and melted FAT by the bucket load.
My programme is not rocket science, you turn up, work hard, go home, follow my cleanse and the results are there for anyone that wants them.
Anna has embraced the programme and is loving the results.
