Let me ask you a question, when driving your car do you (A) burn more fuel driving at a constant speed on the motorway or (B) stopping and starting in a busy town centre?
The answer is B.
I see it all the time, a person jogging down streets for hours which is fantastic if their goal is to increase stamina for a 10k etc, but most people do it to lose weight / inches and do not understand that they can burn more calories in half the time by doing a fat burning 25 minute circuit. At all-star academy we concentrate on the after burn so that you are burning FAT for up to 48 hours afters each session, even when you are sleeping!
NUTRITION
Just like cars it is very important that we fuel our body correctly in order for us to function correctly.
If we put diesel in an unleaded vehicle the car would not work and the same goes for us. If we fuel our body with natural foods then we are going to function effectively, see amazing results, have the perfect body and also live a healthy lifestyle.
If we don't, we become obese, unconfident, tired etc and these are just a few of a whole list of negatives.
