I have been coaching people long enough to understand that the word BOOTCAMP scares the living daylights out of some people.
Do I blame them, NO.
We have all seen programmes on the television such as the biggest loser where clients are getting shouted at 24 7.
We have also seen bootcamps where you roll around in the mud, carrying tyres, getting shouted at by sergeant majors.
These bootcamps are as cheap as chips, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
This is why I very rarely use the word bootcamp as I do not want my Programme compared to any other.
My programme is so much more than a typical bootcamp, it is a programme that not only provides fantastic workouts, but also gives you the support and tools necessary to succeed.
I am a very motivated and encouraging coach and to me you are not just a number or a bib colour, you are a person I respect for making the change and I get great job satisfcation by helping you reach your goals.
In my opinion, it is very important for a trainer to build strong relationships with their clients because that way the client feels comfortable and relaxed and this is a strong foundation to start any weight loss journey.
Can you honestly say that your current trainer knows your name and gives you support during and after sessions?
I have a strong relationship with each and every one of my clients, the sessions are full of banter, we have a laugh but more importantly the sessions are very effective.
The support is second to none and even away from sessions I am always in contact with my clients via telephone, facebook, text etc to see how they are getting on.
We even have a yearly awards evening, here is a group picture from last December.
The programme at all-star is varied and caters for inch loss and those wanting to complete events such as Major series, tough Mudder, Total Warrior etc.
Here are a few pics from some of our events.
Many of my clients have been affected by cancer in one way or another so we raise as much money as we can through our charity bootcamps. We raised over £1000 in 2013 for Macmillan Cancer Support through our Charity bootcamp. It was a fantastic day and for a fantastic cause.
In 2016 we also raised over £500 for the Stoneclough floods.
We have another charity event coming up in July, I cant wait!
To conclude, my programme is not a typical bootcamp, it is a weight/ inch loss programme that provides fantastic workouts and gives the support you need to succeed.
