In just 8 weeks Bex transformed her body shape, toned up and felt fantastic in her bikini on that beach holiday she had been dreading.
Bex is a nice girl who gets on with everyone at camp, but when she is there she is in the zone and works her socks off. Her food diaries are fantastic week in week out. She tries almost every recipe given and asks me for more variations to try in order to keep her diet varied so she doesn't get bored and fall off the wagon.
I admire this girls honesty as she will tell me straight if she is struggling or has been cheating, and we will work together to improve and get back on track. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she wants it so bad she takes everything on board and works hard at achieving it. There have been a couple of occasions over the last 6 months where Bex has let herself down with her diet but she always bounces back bigger and better. Her pictures say it all.
Although Bex’s training is hardcore and she attends at least 3 sessions per week, I am looking for her to push on and join us in some of our events we have planned for 2015. She is definitely capable and it will be great to see all her hard work and determination help her achieve so much more. Next stop Major Series
