I have been there myself and done it!
Over the years I have eaten what I wanted, drank what I wanted with the attitude of "It's ok I will train all next week to burn it off"
However, I quickly learned that I would burn off last weeks mistakes, but I was always back at square one and my body was looking no different than the month before.
I suppose having a family changed me, because the nights out were not as regular which meant I drank less alcohol, no kebab on the way home from the pub and I woke up most weekends feeling fresh and ready for the day.
One thing that never changed was my training and when I started to combine this with my lifestyle change I started to notice my body become leaner and more defined.
I realised then that having the body you have always wanted doesn't just come down to what you lift in the gym, how many days you go for a run etc, a massive part comes down to the food that you put on your plate.
I have so many success stories at all-star and all of them have come from people who are determined to change, willing to make sacrifices, make changes to their lifestyle in order to reach their goals.
Here are a few of their amazing food diaries for you to take a look at and get some tips from.
REMEMBER: You are what you eat!
